Program Name: YogaCanHeal SMS Updates

Program Description: Subscribers who opt in will receive recurring messages related to wellness classes, trauma-recovery workshops, event reminders, and motivational updates. Message frequency varies.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to the shortcode. After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

Rejoin Instructions: To resume messages, simply re-subscribe via the same form or class registration where you originally opted in.
