Hello, friends.
So I have been thinking a lot about this on why healing sometimes feels impossible, especially when we are trying to use the law of attraction principles. So I want to ask you this.
Have you ever felt like you’re doing all the right things but just aren’t seeing the progress, like no matter how much positive thinking you do something’s blocking you and I get it. And today I am going to dig into exactly why that might be happening and share some shifts that could finally help you break through.

And today we are going to talk about why it’s impossible for you to heal. What is this one thing or two things or three things that you think is on your way to really healing your body, your mind and your spirit. And I’m going to share my story before I go into any tips.
As you know, I love sharing stories of my clients myself and I want to tell you what really happened a few months ago, a few months ago when I had an appointment of the ob gyn doctor, I went in and she told me that I have a condition, it’s called adenomyosis. I went into the doctor because I had this crazy abdominal pain. And every time my stomach would just bulge out, you know, during like my second or third week of my cycle. And even after my period, my pain would not go away. So when I went in and she gave me this diagnosis of my condition, she told me, hey, this is a progressive condition. Your uterus is expanding. This is the reason why miscarriages or pregnancy issues happen. And over the years, this will get worse.
This is like a few months ago, I think it was in July of 2024 when I went to her and I instantly like, rejected her thought and her beliefs that she was putting in me and, and I said, oh, I’ll see you in about a year and I know I can heal this. And she’s like, what do you mean you can heal this? I’m like, trust me, I’ve healed a lot of other things in my body. I’m just here for the diagnosis and thank you very much and I walked out when I walked out. Yeah, a part of me was shaken up, you know, because a part of me, which is our ego, mind, the fearful state of us that keeps us in the fear state, kept on telling me how it’s progressive and it, it, this can lead to cancer and blah, blah, blah. And I’m like, I’m not listening to that bullshit.
So the first thing I did, right? And I’m gonna help you in this podcast and I want you to do the same. So any time you get a diagnosis, first of all, I’m absolutely like 100% I encourage you to first get your diagnosis. So when, once you get the diagnosis, that’s the first step. The second step is for you not to believe what the doctor or anyone is telling you relating to your body because your body, your mind, your spirit has its own intelligence, has its own power and has the power to heal. Why? Because well being and happiness is our birthright. We are not supposed to be stuck in this illness cycle. We are supposed to be stuck or I should say unstuck in our healing cycle. You see what I’m saying? So you’re not supposed to be carrying on this disease in your body for years and years and years to come.
No, and I’m not a doctor, but I can tell you this. I have healed many diseases in my body and in my client’s bodies. So the first step get the diagnosis. Second step, do not believe the prognosis, whatever they’re saying. Oh, we gotta do this, we gotta do that and it’s gonna get worse. N
o, that they are instilling fear in you. And there is a big scam out there in the medical industry. And I don’t want to get to that on this podcast because I’m all about healing. So second step is once you get the diagnosis, whatever they’re telling you, I want you to do this exercise called, which thought feels better. I repeat which thought feels better. And here’s what I did when I came home that day, I sat in meditation and I told myself dimple, which thought feels better.
Number one, you have a prog progressive disease which is gonna get worse. Or number two, you have this condition called adenomyosis and you can heal through adenomyosis. So which thought feels better. Obviously, the second one feel felt better to me.
So I said that and then I said, OK, which thought feels better. You’re going back into the ob gyn doctor again after a year and doing your scan again and you see a very enlarged uterus or you’re going into the ob gyn and you’re seeing your uterus shrinking. And I said the second one and there I kept on, going on and on and on and always seeing the opposite of the thoughts that I was getting in the moment. The thought that is coming into your mind is coming for a reason.
Obviously, because of societal conditions, because of negativity because how you have been programmed, you know, yada yada yada like a lot of different factors on why you’re getting negative thoughts. But once you’re getting these negative thoughts in your mind, girl, you don’t have to believe those thoughts. You have the choice to not believe those thoughts and say something opposite. Even though you don’t believe the opposite for the time being, no worries, but choose a better thought.
The moment you choose a better thought, imagine. And I want you to do this right? Like feel, focus on the feeling of the thought. So when for me, when I said, OK, I’m gonna go back into the ob gyn and I’m gonna have a shrinked uterus or I actually just googled it like I don’t even know like what’s the size of a normal uterus? And it was like three or four, I think, centimeters or something.
And I was like, ok, yeah, this feels better instead of eight, I would love to be a three or four. That’s great. And I chose that thought and I studied upon the condition. But then I told myself I kept on telling myself a better thought because we are moving from the fear state to a better feeling state. You’re not going to fix anything right away. You need to just bring your body into a better feeling. All right.
Second step, go into focusing on the feeling, the feeling that you get from the thought. That is a better thought. Am I making sense? If I’m making sense here is what I want you to do? Please press pause.

What’s the next thing you need to do? The next thing is you need to release the resistance by embracing where you are and trust me, resistance is the enemy. When we want to attract healing in our bodies, this resistance will come in your way as fear based thoughts, as negativity, as inner self critic, as imposter syndrome, as self doubt.
Yeah. All of those things. Thank you. So what do you do when we are resisting are healing when we are basically focusing on the other negative thoughts? I need you to let go of those thoughts and start embracing where you’re at. All right? And here is how you embrace where you’re at, take out a journal and start writing positive things about the day.
And I’m also gonna give you an exercise. This is quoted by Abraham Hicks. This exercise is super cool. It’s called the Positive Aspects journal. So all you do is you take a journal out. It’s the same thing, positive things, positive aspect, whatever you wanna call it, write down my positive things, journal or my positive aspects journal and take out a pen and start writing, start writing.
How would you feel when you have healed already? For me? I wrote in 2025 I will have a shrink to uterus. Yay in 2024. You know, I just started writing all the positive things in my life that I really wanted as if it has already happened here. We’re focusing on healing, but you don’t have to just write about healing. You can just start saying I have a fit body, you know, or I eat nutrition, meals, nutritional meals every day.
I walk daily and get some sunshine. Yay. I love the trees around my neighborhood. So any thought that can bring your body in a positive state, that’s what you want to focus on, especially when it’s connected to your healing. And if you don’t know what’s connected to your feeling, hey, just message me and I’ll be happy to connect. So going back, what do you want to do is you want to release the resistance because your resistance, it builds up when we resist where we are or when we feel frustrated with our current state.
And like I mentioned, Abraham Hicks, she suggests that it’s the spirit from other dimension. So they suggest that accepting our present feelings and experiences without judgment is the key. Like you do not want to judge yourself. Like why did I get this disease?
Oh my God, I got this disease because of X Y Z. Reason do not doctor Google your condition, it’s not going to help. So start embracing your body where you’re at, especially embrace the little things that you do on a daily basis, right?
Like if you go for walks every day, if you cook for somebody else, if you’re doing caregiving for your parents, if you’re doing childcare for your Children, like whatever you’re doing, girl, that’s amazing. Pat yourself in the back. You gotta be that person who can pat yourself in the back because no one else is gonna do it. So do that. Embrace where you’re at.
Next up and this will be the last step. Next step is I want you to visualize, I want you to close your eyes and I want you to visualize the feeling of healing, not just the outcome.
Ok. So the feeling of healing and how do you do that? So it’s super easy to focus on the outcome of being, being like healed. Imagine this like I going back to my story if I visualize that I am in the ob gyn doctor and the monitor says, hey, your uterus has shrinked. Awesome. I can visualize that right?
So what you want to do is you want to embody this feeling of being at peace or embody a feeling of being free from the pain that you’re feeling and embody the feeling of not taking medications like whatever it is for you that is more powerful than just visualizing the outcome because yes, you can visualize the outcome once a day. But throughout the day, you wanna visualize the feeling that you’re gonna get when you start healing.
Maybe oh I can travel more or now I can take my legs up the escalator, like little things like that. Like what can’t you do now? What do you think you can do once you’re totally healed? Bring on that feeling in your body, sit with it, keep feeling it. I want you to prolong that feeling.
Maybe it’s for like 10 minutes a day, prolong that feeling of peace, you know, prolong that feeling of happiness, whatever feeling you get the excitement and bring it on in your body.
