Are you having a bad day today?
Are you feeling off, sad, upset, or angry? Then this meditation is for you.
I have something super special.
Just listen to this meditation to instantly change your mood. Please do not listen to this while driving.
So sit down, close your eyes, and enjoy this meditation.
Let’s take a deep breath in, inhale through your nose, and then exhale all the way out.
Once again, focus on your breathing, breathing in and breathing out. Bring your attention to the center part of your head, the middle part of your brain. Even if you do not know where that is, it’s about a few inches below the center of the crown of your head.
Now, bring the faces of all the people you love. Do you have any pets or friends? Anyone that comes to mind? Take the next two minutes calling upon all the people you love.
There may be others who also show up in your imagination. You may see friends or relationships from the past. Bring them all in and notice what happens to your body as you think about them. Notice any feelings of peace, joy, and happiness.
Now bring in the happiest moment of your life. What was it? Recall a memory that made you really happy. It could be several memories, but we will work with the first one that comes to mind—a memory that brings you peace.
Relive that memory. What exactly happened? How did it make you feel? Where were you, and who was with you? Notice what happens to your body as you relive this memory and keep focusing on your breath.
Pay attention to your heartbeat. Is your body tingling or changing temperature? Just notice it.
Now bring another memory, maybe a place you visited and had a lot of fun. Notice what happens in your body as you relive this scene in your mind. Who was with you? What did you do? What experiences did you have?
Visualize that feeling in the form of a color, like pink, and expand this pink color from your head to all parts of your body. Let it travel down your face, neck, shoulders, arms, body, legs, and the soles of your feet.
Now imagine this pink color traveling down into the roots of a tree, as if you are the tree and the pink are your roots. Expand these roots 20 feet away from you in a large circle. This circle is a cloud of energy around you.
Visualize yourself in the center of this beautiful pink circle, focusing on the energy of love.
Bring your awareness back to your breath, inhaling through your nose, exhaling through your nose.
Now focus on how your life will be in the future. What exciting experiences are you planning? Visualize your travels, activities, or time with friends. There is no wrong answer from your heart space. Notice how this makes you feel and know that good things are coming your way. You just need to focus on them for your future to become a reality.
Bring your awareness back to your breathing. Inhale and exhale. Take your time to gently come out of this meditation or stay with your eyes closed.
