Betrayal ER™ Fellowship – Hong Kong
A Student-Led Initiative to Build a Safer City for Women
This is a learning-focused fellowship. You are not expected to provide therapy, coaching, or counseling.
THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL INTERNSHIP
Betrayal ER™ exists because betrayal doesn’t pause life. Women experience betrayal in relationships, families, workplaces, and institutions and are still expected to show up to work, class, leadership roles, and caregiving as if nothing happened.
There is rarely a first response. Rarely language. Rarely support in the moment it matters most.
We are launching Betrayal ER™ in Hong Kong, and we are inviting a small group of students to join us as founding fellows in a pilot initiative focused on awareness, early intervention, and real-world impact.
WHAT IS BETRAYAL ER™
Betrayal ER™ is a guided emotional first-response session designed to support women navigating the shock of betrayal before it becomes burnout, disengagement, illness, or withdrawal.
It is not therapy. It does not replace HR, counseling, or medical care.
Betrayal ER™ provides:
- Immediate grounding and emotional regulation
- Language for what just happened
- A safe, structured space to stabilize and reflect
- Ethical support during a critical moment
Alongside Betrayal ER™, participants are given access to HOOR, our discreet web-based support and journaling tool, which they can use privately before or after a session.
Betrayal ER™ is the intervention. HOOR is the infrastructure.
WHY THIS FELLOWSHIP EXISTS
Betrayal does not begin in adulthood. Many students experience betrayal early:
- In intimate relationships
- In friendships
- In family systems
- In environments where trust is broken
Yet most are taught only how to “move on,” not how to process, regulate, or integrate these experiences.
This fellowship exists to:
- Build emotional awareness early, before patterns harden
- Equip students with tools they can use in their own lives
- Support women in organizations navigating emotional crisis
- Help validate Betrayal ER™ in real-world environments
When people learn how to respond early, they lead differently later.
A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
I’m Dimple Bindra, founder of Dimple Bindra Global. Betrayal ER™ was born from lived experience, from witnessing how unprocessed betrayal quietly reshapes confidence, decision-making, leadership, and self-trust.
For over 16 years, I’ve worked with students and adults using yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reflective practices to support emotional regulation and inner stability, not by bypassing pain, but by learning how to meet it with awareness and strength.
We are starting this work in Hong Kong because cities don’t become safe by policy alone. They become safe when people are emotionally equipped. Students are where that change begins.
