The Fixer
The Fixer is a woman who learned love had to be earned, by solving, helping, giving. She’s hyperaware, scanning for red flags and prepared for disappointment. She is intuitive, generous, reliable, and often deeply burnt out. She rarely asks for help because she’s never been taught it was safe to need. She became the fixer because no one ever showed up for her.
The Pleaser
The Pleaser is a woman who was praised for being easy, kind, sweet, even when it cost her truth. She learned to read the emotional weather in every room. To keep things smooth. The Pleaser is deeply sensitive, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent. She can feel everything… but rarely expresses what she feels.
The Protector
The Protector is the woman who built walls so high, even though she can’t always remember what’s behind them. She’s fierce, focused, independent, and emotionally armored. Protector women are leaders, organizers, CEOs of their lives, but they’re also lonely. Isolated. Tired of being the one who never gets to fall apart.
The Dissapearing One
The Disappearing One is the woman who learned that invisibility was safety. She quieted herself to avoid punishment. She faded into the background to avoid pain. When things got chaotic, she didn’t speak up, she vanished. She avoids conflict by disappearing. She struggles to know what she wants, because she’s spent so long disconnected from herself.
The Perfectionist
The Perfectionist is the woman who turned excellence into protection. She was praised when she achieved, noticed when she excelled, and so she became addicted to performance. The one who over-delivers, overworks, and over-apologizes for any perceived flaw. She fears slowing down because rest feels like failure. Mistakes feel like shame.
